4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the service agreement:
- Payment schedule: typically a 50% deposit is required at project start and 50% upon completion
- Late payments: late payments may incur interest of 1.5% per month

Our Work
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we reserve the right to:

- Include the project in our portfolio (subject to your consent)
- Retain ownership of proprietary tools and frameworks
6. Confidentiality
We recognise the sensitive nature of business information and we commit to:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information

7. Limitation of Liability

- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

- Responding to communications within 48 hours (business days)
- Honouring agreed timelines and deadlines
- Providing regular updates and progress reports
- Maintaining professional standards in all interactions
- Providing post-project support as specified in the agreement
9. Termination
By the Client
Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Payments for completed work and incurred expenses up to the termination date are non-refundable.
By Solutions Mangano Studio
We may terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of the Terms, or unethical conduct. In the event of termination, we will provide completed work and refund any unused prepaid amounts.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes:
- Amicable resolution: we encourage direct communication to resolve issues
- Mediation: unresolved disputes may be submitted to mediation
- Arbitration / Jurisdiction: unless otherwise agreed in writing, the law and jurisdiction of our main place of business will apply
