Elaina Mangano is responsible for personal data processed through this website and direct business enquiries. This notice covers visitors, prospective clients and clients. Client websites may need their own privacy notices and separate data-processing agreements.

Data and purposes

When you visit, hosting infrastructure processes connection data such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and technical errors to deliver and protect the website. Our interest is secure, reliable operation (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

If you email us, we receive your address, message, attachments and any contact or project details you provide. We use these to respond, prepare quotations and perform contracts (Article 6(1)(b)); business-contact correspondence may also rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with the organisation you represent (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer or perform a service without the necessary information. Our business email uses Microsoft 365 purchased through GoDaddy. GoDaddy and Microsoft process the email and related service data needed to provide and support this service. This concerns our own correspondence; we do not provide email accounts to clients.

Contract, billing and payment records are used to administer services and payments and to meet applicable accounting and legal duties (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c)). We receive payment confirmations rather than your PayPal password or full payment-card credentials. Do not send sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and we have agreed a suitable secure channel.

Browser storage, fonts and links

The website remembers a language you select and acknowledgement of the storage notice in your browser. Details and deletion controls are in the Cookie Policy. No analytics, advertising pixels or automated profiling are included in our website code.

Recipients and international transfers

Necessary data may be handled by GoDaddy for website infrastructure and email administration, Microsoft for Microsoft 365 email, banks or PayPal when you choose that payment method, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law. Suppliers receive data necessary for their respective services. Hosting sold to our clients remains a service supplied by Solutions Mangano Studio.

GoDaddy and Microsoft operate international infrastructure, including in the United States. Their published data-processing terms provide safeguards for relevant transfers, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. GoDaddy also describes reliance on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for eligible transfers. Retention

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and reasonable follow-up. Contract and payment information is retained for the applicable legal recordkeeping periods and, where necessary, to establish or defend legal claims. Data no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate identity verification. Contact info@mangano.studio. No solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects are used.
